After discussing your allergies and dietary restrictions, we'll explore the local spice shops and markets of Marrakech's old town to buy fresh vegetables, proteins, fruits and spices. Once in the riad, you'll be welcomed with a traditional mint tea and learn all the steps involved in preparing the ritual before starting the cooking session. The menu will consist of the most typical Moroccan dishes, including starters + main course + dessert.
