Shared Balloon Flight, Shared Transfer and Private Options

The standard Hot Air Balloon Marrakech experience includes a shared round-trip transfer and a shared balloon flight. You will travel to the launch site with other participants and share the balloon basket with other passengers. As the transfer is shared, the vehicle may make several pickup stops in Marrakech before continuing to the launch site.

Please note that a private transfer and a private balloon flight are two different services. Booking a private transfer gives your group an exclusive vehicle, but the balloon flight will remain shared unless a private balloon has also been specifically requested and confirmed.

Hot air balloon flights depend on suitable weather conditions. The pilot makes the final decision according to the wind, visibility and general safety conditions on the morning of the activity.

Therefore, the flight may be delayed, rescheduled or cancelled when the weather is unsuitable.

If the balloon operator cancels the flight before takeoff because of unsafe weather conditions, you will be offered a free rescheduling or a full refund.
