Service professionnel et fiable Nous avons fait appel à Travel Plans Marrakech pour plusieurs transferts et excursions, et tout s’est parfaitement déroulé. L’organisation était impeccable, les véhicules confortables et toujours ponctuels. Un grand merci à notre chauffeur Jamal pour sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et sa disponibilité. Wonderful day in the ourika valley We had a wonderful day exploring the ourika valley. Our driver was punctual, friendly and professional, and the journey was very comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful atlas mountain scenery, the visit to a traditional berber house and the walk to the waterfalls. Lunch beside the river was also a lovely experience. Fabulous time, as always, in Marrakech with family. We always use Jamal’s company and it is always a pleasure. Abderahim was our driver and was lovely. He collected us from the airport in a beautifully comfortable and air conditioned bus. He took us up to the mountains and kept us hydrated with lots of water. Family lunch at a beautiful location Lac du Relais restaurant As always with this company,the transport and journey were comfortable and interesting.Including a quick stop off to get everyone on board bottled water, as it was such a hot day. Perfect activity in the desert to forget about work Manal and her team from Travel Plans Marrakech organised a wonderful afternoon and evening in the middle of the Agafay desert. The pick-up of our 27 people at the Hotel was timely, the transfer in the modern shuttle buses smooth, and after a good hour of fun camel riding we were welcomed back to some rest with tea and Moroccan sweets. We then were transferred to a nearby luxurious desert camp. While the tent was large and we were not alone, our group was comfortably seated all together at a corner of the camp where we were served a vast selection of delicious Moroccan appetizers and main dishes - everybody was very happy to be able to pick and choose what they liked most. The entertainment (belly dancers, fire-eaters etc.) was very touristic and a bit loud and long, however, we generally enjoyed our evening had it not been suddenly interrupted by a heavy thunderstorm and floods of rain... After a 8 hours away we were safely driven back to our hotel. All in all it was a very nice experience, and I would recommend this kind of activity as a distraction from a busy week of work anytime. Ein wunderschöner Tag im Ourika-Tal und im Anima-Garten Wir haben einen ausgezeichneten Tag im Ourika-Tal verbracht. Alles war von Anfang bis Ende sehr gut organisiert, und unser Fahrer war während des gesamten Ausflugs pünktlich, professionell und sehr aufmerksam. Wir haben die wunderschönen Landschaften des Tals sehr genossen, ebenso wie den Besuch des herrlichen Anima-Gartens, einem ruhigen, originellen und wirklich angenehmen Ort zum Entdecken. Morocco Holiday Yamal was an outstanding guide in Marrakech and across Morocco. He was professional, knowledgeable, and spoke excellent English, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We felt very safe throughout the trip. He organized a fantastic excursion to the Atlas Mountains, including a beautiful hike to a waterfall and lunch in a local village. La mejor experiencia Yamal el mejor guía y conductor de nuestro viaje! Super atento, nos cuidó todo el viaje, ayudó a elegir actividades y lo mejor es que nos explicó muchísimas cosas de la cultura! El coche para traslados era estupendo, siempre era puntual y flexible si nosotros nos retrasábamos. Super recomendable además habla perfecto inglés algo que facilita mucho y se puede pagar tanto con moneda local como con tarjeta! Cuando volvamos a Marruecos contaremos con Travel Plans y con Yamal!
